After spending a couple years on my 600RR, it was time for something better. I bought this 06 1000rr wrecked. The damages were repaired and I rode it for a year like that. Then I did my first track day and was hooked. I spend the winter completely rebuilding the bike. Sharkskinz fairings that i glassed in Yoyodyne endurance headlights, HRC valve springs, HRC JSB ECU, Bazzaz FI/TC/QS, Full Titanium Arata Exhaust, Brembo masters, Ohlins 25mm cartridges, Ohlins TTX shock, the swingarm was filled in, lots of carbon, and I’m sure i’m missing something. It was also still street legal and could go from street to track ready in under 10 mins.
